5,285 GPM – FiFi-1/2 Fire Pump
The FiFi Rig Pack is MTT’s most dynamic fire pump apparatus yet. It is designed to mount on the top deck of an offshore platform and provide a 24 / 7 water curtain at a rate of 5,285 GPM. The water lift is 24 meters (80 feet).
The advantage of having a FiFi system at the highest point on a platform solves the problem of contracting for an expensive OSV to hold station for days on end. With the FiFi Rig Pack system the platform can supply its own water curtain on its own schedule and during emergencies. The Rig Pack is also portable and can be moved to another platform or a ship.
All accessories such as lifting basket, flex hoses, spreader bar and shackles to lift the Rig Pack are included. In the event that such a high water lift (24 meters / 80 feet) is not required the system will still perform in the 5,285 GPM+ range whether on a ship at sea or in a land-based application.
