MTT XTREME WATER TRANSFER FP-60000

The MTT Model FP-60000 Water Transfer Package is a trailer mounted pump assembly.  The main drivers are two each 3,850 HP rated gas turbine engines coupled to proprietary MTT reduction gearboxes.  Six fluid pumps are then driven by the two turbines to deliver pressurized water to a location.  The water transfer units can also be used as a de-watering device in a flood control application.

Each of the six pumps is capable of processing 10,000 GPM at 215 PSI.  An in-line train of three pumps driven by one turbine constitutes a single package at 30,000 GPM.  MTT mounts two of those packages on a single trailer to equal 60,000 GPM at 215 PSI.

The packages are complete, turnkey assemblies and only require fuel to operate.  They are designed for adaptability to the trailers and then rapid deployment when service is required.  Telescoping suction and discharge manifolds will be actuated (extended) hydraulically once the trailer is positioned at the work site.  The manifolds will retract when in the traveling position.  When the manifold down pipes are deployed there will be inflatable seals to close the gap between the piping.  Twelve inch motorized suction and discharge valves will be operated from the control cabin.  A digital control network is included within this total offering.
